The RSP New Action Team for Community and Employee Wellness is dedicated to fostering a culture of well-being, resilience, and inclusivity. Our mission is to enhance the health, happiness, and engagement of both our employees and the communities we serve through proactive initiatives, innovative wellness programs, and meaningful partnerships.

We are committed to:

Mission: Early exposure to healthcare through school programs, mentorships, and hands-on experiences like internships helps students understand the impact of these professions, fostering enthusiasm, commitment, and a well-prepared healthcare workforce.

Education Pipeline

Mission: Building an early awareness of healthcare as a profession is crucial for inspiring and guiding future healthcare workers. By introducing students to the diverse career paths within healthcare—such as doctors, nurses, medical researchers, and public health officials—we can ignite their interest and provide a clearer understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved.

Building Awareness

Mission: Exploring healthcare career options through hands-on experiences like job shadowing, career fairs, and mentorship programs helps individuals make informed decisions and fosters commitment to the field.

Creating Experiences

Mission: Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
